For charging make sure to use the charger provided with the saber or a charger with up to 5v 1a. Plug into something like your computer or gaming console. Using a charger over 5v 1a can damage the Sabers internal core.
Baselit contains the lights in the base and is 12W.
Xeno Pixel Blade is 50w string of lights though the blade and has some great effects that can't be achieved though baselit. While l are ready and able for dueling the Baselit is more affordable and great for beginners, while the Xeno Pixel Blade ideal for Cosplay and can't be beat on lighting effects, brightness and WOW factor. Both are equipped with full RGB (all blade colours on every saber), multiple different sound fonts (34 on Xeno Pixel , 12 on Baselit), flash on clash, lock up thateffects, blaster deflect effect and stable and unstable blade modes
In order to make a return the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
Item must be in it's original condition (unused)
Be within 30 days since purchase/arrival
Must have all original parts/pieces
Please not that refunds will not include the processing fees of the purchase
Warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase.
If the blade breaks from regular use we can replace the blade.
Water Damage is not covered (No rainy showers)
Charging must be done with 5v 1a. Anything over this has the potential in damaging the product and voids warranty.
No Customization/ Modifications to the Internals or Saber (We know soldering electronics is fun and weathering looks cool, however this unfortunately will void the warranty so please hold off on this until out of warranty.)

Damaging any parts related to user error and not manufacturing errors. Including but not limited to dremeling parts, cross threading parts, using parts for their non intended purposes, modifying any electronics and blades.
While your saber may be out of warranty either due to age of your purchase or user error, we are always happy to make every effort to help get your saber going again
Orders can be cancelled up until the week before fulfillment. At the point of fulfillment Orders can be returned provided they are shipped back to us in the same unused condition they have been received and shipping at the cost of the of the consumer.
